Local amenities are a five minute drive from the villa. They include a large Publix supermarket, Walgreens Pharmacy, CVS, family restaurants, "Chilli's" restaurant, McDonalds, Subway sandwich shop, hairdresser, nail salon, post office, liquor store and bank, and a huge Blockbuster Video store.

Highway 192 is a nine minute drive from the villa, where you will find a vast array of shops and restaurants. Junction 58 of the Interstate 4 (Florida’s main Interstate road) is just five minutes away from the villa.
