The above rates show the price per week for the villa - please see note 1 below.
Changeover day
- Changeover day is flexible.
- Arrival after 4p.m. on arrival date.
- Departure by 11 a.m. on departure date (late checkout may be possible – please ask).
Notes
- Although the rates are quoted in weekly increments, you are more than welcome
to stay any number of days, depending on availability. Please check with us for
rates.
- A non-refundable booking deposit of 15% of the total booking fee is required
upon booking in order to secure the villa for the dates you require.
- The balance is payable no less than 10 weeks prior to departure.
- There are no extra charges for reduced occupancy, i.e. the rate quoted is for
the villa - irrespective of the number of people staying there.
